speed at which they were able to schedule the car (immediately) and
complete the work (that day). I was also impressed that the technician
didn't just fix the exhaust problem, but also checked for other
problems. My wife and I are expecting and our E320 is our main mode of
transportation, and the team went out of their way to make sure we got
the car back ASAP

I had an issue with my car recently and called Harry Levy and told him
about the problem. It was 4:30pm and he was scheduled to leave work at
5:00pm. Harry arranged for a loaner car and completed the paperwork
necessary for this. Harry advised us that there would be someone at the
shop until 6:00pm if we were delayed. Arriving just short of 5:00pm,
Harry met us and took care of the problem with ease. I think you should
know that you have a very valuable Service Advisor in Harry Levy. We
have always been well-pleased with his help and advice. The problem
which you have in your records was fixed on Saturday and we were able to
pick up the car.

you provided for my "emergency" repair required on December 1st, 2006,
while traveling in your area.
The vehicle had to be towed in early on Friday morning. You checked out
the vehicle and resolved the problem expeditiously so that I was able
to return to Virginia on schedule the following day. I appreciate the
prompt service on an unscheduled visit! Thank you for providing Mercedes
quality service.
